Thank you for visiting the Stonegate Homeowners Association Website. Stonegate townhomes are centrally located just a couple miles from the 22, 405, 605, 91 and 5 freeways. Stonegate’s sixteen separate structures are positioned between lush green belts and large trees. Other features of the community include a tennis court, recently renovated clubhouse, and newly refurbished pool and spa. With six different floor plans, townhomes range from single story two bedroom up to two story four bedroom townhomes. A board of directors and management company oversee the 126 unit complex that was built in 1974. Board meetings are held the Third Thursday of every month at 6:30p.m. Feel free to come and share your comments during the open forum.

Bulky Item Trash Pickup
Call 714-238-2444 for pickup of large bulky trash items. Each address is allowed two pickups per year. If someone has dropped off large bulky items behind your garage or on Stonegate property, please call Garden Grove Code enforcement at 714-741-5350 and report it as an “abandoned” item, which will not be counted as one of your pickups.
Trash day is every Wednesday, Please do not put your trash bins out before Tuesday night Please return your bins to your Garage by Thursday morning. Trash bins CANNOT be stored in enclave between units or anywhere else on public property.
